Preparation
Hot Latte
Add 3.5g of hojicha powder to a tea bowl, add 20ml of hot water. Whisk in a "W" motion until a fine foam appears. Combine with 150ml of steamed milk of your choice.
Iced Latte
Add 3.5g of hojicha powder to a tea bowl, add 35ml of hot water. Whisk in a "W" motion until a fine foam appears. Combine with 150ml of your choice of milk, poured over ice.
