Returns
To return your online order, please email us at hey@tokkia.world within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
For faulty items — whether bought online or in-store — please get in touch within 30 days of receipt and we'll arrange the rest.
